Prayer Request from His Message for You ministry for Verdaina Southerland who herself prays with a broken heart for her mother, Bonnie, who passed away Feb 23, 2011. Many of us joined together with Verdaina and her family to pray for Bonnie’s healing and we know sometimes, by God’s Plan, our prayers are answered and healing is by His rescue and being called Home to be with Him.
Father, we know you have called Bonnie home now at Your time. We have faith Your Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven and we know Your Angels will carry her directly to Your open arms to welcome her home and she will rest in Your light and peace while she awaits, with the rest of us in faith, for the day You call us all to be with You as a whole.
We have complete faith in Your Word:
Ephesians 1:9-11 “God has now revealed to us His mysterious plan regarding Christ, a plan to fulfill His own good pleasure. And this is the plan: At the right time He will bring everything together under the authority of Christ — everything in Heaven and on earth. Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything workout according to his plan.”
1 Corinthians 15:51-57: “Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed…and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?… 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
