Father, we pray together in faith with broken hearts, but with Hope. We know You will accept Jacob Hines home with open arms. We do not always understand Your Way though we trust You are in control. Your will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven. We know Jacob is now one with You and You are in us, thus always we are together.
We pray on Your Word:
One with Him
1 Corinthians 15:51-57: “Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed…and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?… 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Bless Bob, Tracy and their family and friends with the comfort and understanding only Your Holy Spirit can provide. Thank you Lord for the time Jacob was in this world and we know, by Your Will, he has accomplished what You planned. We pray Your message in this tragedy is received and we hold firm in faith, that in Your Spirit, we are all together, forever.
