Prayer Request for Dr. Dave Craddock – 11/23/2010

Prayer requested by Katherine Younce for her Uncle Dave who is battling advanced cancer. As well, for the entire family, as this is hard on them all.

Father, we have complete faith in Your plan for each of us and we pray as You direct us to. We call on You to bless and “Help” Dave and we trust in your Healing Word.

We know Your Word will accomplish what it says it will.

We believe, in the name of Jesus, that by Your plan, Dave will be healed, according to 1 Peter 2:24. Your Word explains that Jesus Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. Therefore, with great boldness and confidence we say on the authority of Your written Word that Dave is redeemed from sickness and will be covered by You during the symptoms of his illness and reactions to the treatment he receives. We pray You will bless Dave with knowledge, wisdom and understanding of Your Gifts that are poured out onto our Scientists and Doctors, as well as, the medicine and treatment they administer. All in Your Glory. You are blessing those that are sick with miracles, through faith and through these gifts in today’s medicine.

We have the assurance of Your Word that Your Holy Spirit encamps around us and delivers us from sickness. No evil shall befall us, no plague or calamity shall win over us. We confess Your Word abides in us and delivers to us perfect soundness of mind and wholeness in body and spirit from the deepest parts of our nature in our immortal spirit even to the joints and marrow of our bones. Your Word is medication and Life to our flesh for the law of the Spirit of Life operates in us and makes us free from the law of illness and struggles with health.

We have on the whole armor of You Father and Your shield of faith protects us from all the fiery darts sent towards us. Jesus is the high Priest of our confession and we hold fast to our confession of faith in You and Your Word. We stand immovable and fixed in full assurance that Dave will have good health and healing, now.

A little help to get YOU through the day!

Listen as you read: Grace Like Rain (right click and select “Open Link in a new Tab” to listen as you read His Message for You)

First:

Start your day with a goal to put someone else first. Do at least one thing that will benefit another and make it a point to be one of the first things you do that day. Have a soft heart and speak with an uplifting tone and response to everyone. At home, at work, in the crowded store, in the commute traffic, everywhere. Have a spirit of caring and grace and you will receive…

Favor in High Places

Proverbs 22:11 ” One who loves a pure heart and who speaks with grace will have the king for a friend”

Second:

Today, don’t live another minute in regret, guilt, or despair. It may seem hard to believe and understand, but actually you no longer have to even think about these emotions. Oh, you will have them, but God will now handle them for you. Stay focused on caring, speaking soft and with an uplifting response in every conversation, on every issue discussed, even the hard ones. Reach out to make someone’s day better. Even when you may not like the position it leaves you in, perhaps not where you want to be in “Life“. Think positive and speak gracefully, offer grace to others and just watch what happens. You yourself will receive a…..

Increase of Grace

Romans 5:20 ” …But where sin increased, grace increased all the more”

Third:

Be ready for a whole new experience in life! You will now have a great awareness of something special about YOU! You will notice others respond to you differently and you will also notice you have something to offer people around you, or at work, or even to the world. A gift you may have not known about, or how to use it in a productive meaningful way. All of a sudden your gift is recognized by others and you know it! You see the value. This is grace! This is His GRACE! Working in you and through you to reach others. Just imagine, God is working through you just by sharing a value of grace to others. Why? Because this is what God gives us! This is all we need to have peace, joy and happiness in our lives. It may start out slow, but trust me, just try it and you will find yourself easily accomplishing things in areas of your life you could not have imaged. This is because your use of grace, which any grace in the world is actually from God, is God now being in you and showing the world YOUR….

Gifts by Grace

Romans 12:6 “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us…”

and Finally

Know that even with this knowledge of the power of Grace and the gifts you desire to share, we may still find ourselves weak or overwhelmed at times. We may be experiencing one of the most difficult times in our life or facing our biggest challenges ever. Jut remember, God has given us His grace to carry us through these difficult times and empower us to be victorious each day. His grace is sufficient, it is enough and will provide you with all that you need. You will never face anything that God’s Grace cannot empower you to move through.

With just a little Faith and by simply accepting His Grace you will have new found gifts, power, and courage. You will feel an increase in your own understanding and wisdom. You will communicate easier with others and feel a true desire to offer something to help others, your gift.

You will know that each day you will be comforted and protected by His…

Sufficient Grace

2 Corinthians 12:9 “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness…

Father, bless each of us with the ability to start each day remembering Your Grace is ours, free, with no obligation. There is nothing we can do ourselves to earn it. You have already given it to us. We only need to accept it, with just a little faith and our days will be filled to abundance with all of your blessings and Your Grace will fall down upon us like rain and will shine from us for all to see.

Overcoming our feelings…. a sure method!

“Trust Me, I will take care of you.”

There are days we find ourselves uptight, worried, anxious, filled with frustration, concern and even anger. Usually, because of what we feel, are good reasons! However, the negative emotions we let ourselves experience, when things are not going right, steals our energy and leaves us feeling lost, tired, under appreciated, depressed and sometimes without a desire to go on.

Well, you can change this immediately, right now, in an instance.

You can choose to live with positive emotions, to live with peace, joy and happiness.

Amen, know that…

It’s true, God will bless us to live in peace and we will experience His presence and know that no matter what is happening around us, His hands are always holding us up.

His Message for You today is: “I will reward those who diligently seek Me, remember to be anxious for nothing.”

Philippians 4:6 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God

Father, we choose to be anxious for nothing, to set aside our worries and to have faith that You will answer our prayers and our requests. We accept Your peace and we thank You for Your faithfulness to meet every need in our “Life“.

In Jesus’ Name we pray together in faith, Amen

Prayer Request by Yvonne Eagleton for her family

Father, we pray together tonight in complete faith in You and we know you will accept Yvonne Eagleton’s brother Donnie and her Father In-Law, both passing this week, home with open arms. We believe in your Word:

Matthew 6:9-10 “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

We know at Your appointed time and by Your will we are each called home and we trust and know it is by Your plan. When we have to face the most difficult times, we trust and find comfort in your Word:

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.”

John 14:1 – 4 “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am. And you know the way to where I am going.”

John 14:27 “I am leaving you with a gift — peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.”

Romans 8:35 – 39 (The Meaning of Life) “Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? ……… No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow — not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below — indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord”

1 Corinthians 6:14 “And God will raise us from the dead by his power, just as he raised our Lord from the dead.”

2 Corinthians 1:3 “All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort.”

2 Corinthians 5:1 “For we know that when this earthly tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this earthly body), we will have a house in heaven, an eternal body made for us by God himself and not by human hands”

2 Corinthians 5:3 “For we will put on heavenly bodies, we will not be spirits without bodies.”

2 Corinthians 5:8 “We would rather be away from these earthly bodies, for then we will be at home with the Lord”

Lord, bless Yvonne, her family and all of Donnie’s friends with the comfort and understanding only Your Holy Spirit can provide. Bless them with the knowledge of Your Word when our loved ones are called home:

Philippians 4:6 – 7 “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”

1 Thessalonians 4:13 – 14 “And now, dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him the believers who have died.”

1 Peter 1:6 – 7 “So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you have to endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold — though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.”

We pray together in complete Faith and Hope:

Hebrews 11:1 “Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.”

We have Hope that all of those close to Donnie are blessed with the knowledge of “Life” when we live today in Your Spirit.

In Your Name Christ Jesus we pray, Amen

To the LB Tiger “Warriors” going into battle tonight against the Giant – (Rams)

Have complete faith. Faith in yourselves as individuals and faith in your strength as a team. You are victors to reach this day and you stand now before a giant.

Know your strength, know their weakness and attack the weakness. Strike them again and again and shatter their confidence and you will be victorious. Remember 1 Samuel 17 (48). The giant will fall.

Father, bless our young football players tonight as they face a giant. In their faith, they know if it is Your Will, they will be victorious. The giant will fall. Protect them and let no harm come to them, let no lack of faith or confidence come into their minds.

Bless the Los Banos Tigers football players and coaches to be focused on their strengths and understand, know and attack the weakness of the Rams and we pray Your Will leads them to victory and all will know it was You.

Psalm 91

1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
4 He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,
7 A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.
9 If you make the Most High your dwelling – even the LORD, who is my refuge-
10 then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14 “Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.

Grant a courageous heart, a quick mind, and a serene spirit to all those now in our armed forces, ready to offer their talents, and if necessary their lives, for the cause of truth, justice, and liberty. Keep them close to You in every way. Make them always, even in these difficult circumstances, true witnesses to Your goodness, love, and compassion. Lead them always to victory!

In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Prayer Request for 9yr old Nicolas

Requested by Mike and Debbie Willmouth for their friends son Nicolas and he is 9 yrs. old. They just found out that he has an enlarged ventricle and will have an echo-cardiogram in a few days – 11/9/10:

Father, we have faith in your Healing Word. We know Your Word will accomplish what it says it will. We believe, in the name of Jesus, that Nicolas, as he boldly faces treatment for an enlarged ventricle will be blessed with good health, according to 1 Peter 2:24. Your Word explains that Jesus Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.

Therefore, with great boldness and confidence we say on the authority of Your written Word that Nicolas is redeemed from his heart condition and will be covered by You after his procedure and as the gifts of his Doctors, medicine and prayer lead him to victory and health. We know he is a blessing in our world and Your plan and Will are in progress for everyone close to and praying for Nicolas. Bless his family with the comfort, understanding and patience only Your Holy Spirit can provide.

We confess Your Word abides in us and delivers to us perfect soundness of mind and wholeness in body and spirit from the deepest parts of our nature in our immortal spirit even to the joints and marrow of our bones. Your Word is medication and Life to our flesh for the law of the Spirit of Life operates in us and makes us free from the law of illness.

Are you a giving person? God is!

"Share and receive My blessings"
Our Father’s very nature is giving and a blessing to each of us. All throughout scripture we see that giving is a demonstration of His love. When you are a giver, you are living as He Is and reflecting His character. When you give to God first, it opens the door to His overflowing blessings. He promises to increase you so much that you can’t even contain it. You will be in a position to bless others and share His love everywhere you go. His Message on blessing others is here: How to share your blessings!

Proverbs 3:9-10 “Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine”

Give to those in the ministries !

Proverb 16:9 – “A man’s heart deviseth his way: but, the Lord directeth his steps.”

1 Corinthians 9:14 — “In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel.”

In Your Name Lord Christ Jesus, we pray together in faith. Amen

Soooo true in my life right now!!!

We have been praying together in faith for healing, deliverance, promotions, relationships and a better Life. With all the influence, concerns, and distractions in today’s crazy and busy world we get a bit tired. We tend to back off from our focus on a spiritual life and just go along with life at times. Yes we are human and our own strength is not enough to stand firm in the face of our challenges. Joel Osteen’s posting this week is perfect for those of us trying hard, but feeling we may not be gaining, winning or receiving His blessings. Joel tells us to……

Persevere Until You See the Promise

Hebrews 10:36 “You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised”

Father, bless us with the strength to stand firm in faith. Show us each day that You are working behind the scenes for our behalf. That You are in control. Lift us up to stay focused on the plan You have for each us and to persevere. We know we will see Your Promise!

In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Psalms 2: (Remember, with just a little faith, ask Him.)

8 Ask of me,….

Psalms 3: (You will be happy today, lifted in spirit, delivered immediately.)

3 … you are a shield around me, O LORD; you bestow glory on me and lift up my head.
8 From the LORD comes deliverance.

Psalms 4: (He does hear you, answers you and protects you.)

1 Answer me when I call to you, O my righteous God. Give me relief from my distress; be merciful to me and hear my prayer.
3 Know that the LORD has set apart the godly for himself; the LORD will hear when I call to him.

Psalms 5: (Speak to Him, let Him know your desires, issues and challenges and He will help you the instant you ask.)

2 Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God, for to you I pray.
3 In the morning, O LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.
11 But let all who take refuge in you be glad;let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you.
12 For surely, O LORD, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.

Psalms 6: (With just a little faith, ask and you will receive.)

2 Be merciful to me, LORD, for I am faint; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are in agony.
4 Turn, O LORD, and deliver me; save me because of your unfailing love.
9 The LORD has heard my cry for mercy; the LORD accepts my prayer.

Psalms 9: (He is in front of all your struggles, battles and challenges.)

9 The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
10 Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.

Psalms 10: (He hears you.)

17 You hear, O LORD, the desire of the afflicted; you encourage them, and you listen to their cry,

Psalms 13: (Trust in Him and be thankful.)

5 But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation.
6 I will sing to the LORD, for he has been good to me.

Psalms 14: (Seek an understanding, knowledge, wisdom and a relationship.)

2 The LORD looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God.

Psalms 16: (Now here it comes, all His blessings poured out upon you, now, immediately and going forward for ever. The new foundation of your Life is established now!)

1 Keep me safe, O God, for in you I take refuge.
2 I said to the LORD, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.”
3 As for the saints who are in the land, they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight.
5 LORD, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure.
6 The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.
7 I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me.
8 I have set the LORD always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
9 Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure,
10 because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay.
11 You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

Psalms 17: (He will make things right for you, you do not have to, He does it!)

1 Hear, O LORD, my righteous plea; listen to my cry. Give ear to my prayer — it does not rise from deceitful lips.
2 May my vindication come from you; may your eyes see what is right.
6 I call on you, O God, for you will answer me; give ear to me and hear my prayer.
7 Show the wonder of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you…
8 Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings
15 And I — in righteousness I will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.

Psalms 18: (He will help you against every enemy, every problem and issue you face, He will save you and make you stronger then anything on earth.)

1 I love you, O LORD, my strength.
2 The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
3 I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved...
6 In my distress I called to the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears.
16 He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters.
19 He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me.
28 You, O LORD, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light.
30 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.
31 For who is God besides the LORD ? And who is the Rock except our God?
32 It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect.
35 You give me your shield of victory, and your right hand sustains me; you stoop down to make me great.
46 The LORD lives! Praise be to my Rock! Exalted be God my Savior!

Psalms 23: (And now, that “little faith” we discussed, is opened up in understanding, the source to stand on now and forever and His blessings will overwhelm you.)

1 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6 Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Psalms 25: (Now He will lead you, hold your hand and your heart, into a new, safe, prosperous and peaceful life.)

4 Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths;
5 guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.
6 Remember, O LORD, your great mercy and love, for they are from of old.
7 Remember not the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways; according to your love remember me, for you are good, O LORD.
10 All the ways of the LORD are loving and faithful for those who keep the demands of his covenant.
11 For the sake of your name, O LORD, forgive my iniquity, though it is great.
15 My eyes are ever on the LORD, for only he will release my feet from the snare.
16 Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted.
17 The troubles of my heart have multiplied; free me from my anguish.
18 Look upon my affliction and my distress and take away all my sins.
20 Guard my life and rescue me;let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in you.
21 May integrity and uprightness protect me, because my hope is in you

Psalms 27: (Now you have His strength, His protection and His attention!)

1 The LORD is my light and my salvation — whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life — of whom shall I be afraid?
7 Hear my voice when I call, O LORD; be merciful to me and answer me.
8 My heart says of you, “Seek his face! “Your face, LORD, I will seek.
13 I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.
14 Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.

Psalms 28: (We call on Him, He hears us, and blesses us forever.)

6 Praise be to the LORD, for he has heard my cry for mercy.
7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song.
8 The LORD is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.
9 Save your people and bless your inheritance; be their shepherd and carry them forever.

Psalms 29: (You can now believe that the Word you read is His Word and with your faith in His Word you are blessed with peace.)

4 The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is majestic.
11 The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace.

Psalms 30: (He will get you through your trials and He will raise you from despair, misery, pain, illness or any trouble.)

1 I will exalt you, O LORD, for you lifted me out of the depths…
2 O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me.
4 Sing to the LORD, you saints of his; praise his holy name.
6 When I felt secure, I said, “I will never be shaken.”
7 O LORD, when you favored me, you made my mountain stand firm;
8 To you, O LORD, I called; to the Lord I cried for mercy:
10 Hear, O LORD, and be merciful to me; O LORD, be my help.”
11 You turned my wailing into dancing;
12 that my heart may sing to you and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give you thanks forever.

Psalms 31: (There will still be times (seasons) when you face significant challenges, some that may seem like it is the end, but have faith He will deliver you.)

1 In you, O LORD, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; deliver me in your righteousness.
2 Turn your ear to me, come quickly to my rescue; be my rock of refuge, a strong fortress to save me.
3 Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me.
4 Free me from the trap that is set for me, for you are my refuge.
5 Into your hands I commit my spirit; redeem me, O LORD, the God of truth.
7 I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul.
8 You have not handed me over to the enemy but have set my feet in a spacious place.
9 Be merciful to me, O LORD, for I am in distress; my eyes grow weak with sorrow, my soul and my body with grief.
10 My life is consumed by anguish and my years by groaning; my strength fails because of my affliction, and my bones grow weak.
14 But I trust in you, O LORD; I say, “You are my God.”
15 My times are in your hands; deliver me…
16 Let your face shine on your servant; save me in your unfailing love.
17 Let me not be put to shame, O LORD, for I have cried out to you;
24 Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD.

Psalms 32: (In faith, share your guilt and receive forgiveness and a building up of wisdom from within.)

1 Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.
2 Blessed is the man whose sin the LORD does not count against him
5 Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the LORD ” — and you forgave the guilt of my sin.
7 You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance.

Psalms 33: (We know He is. Our faith is Hope in Him.)

4 For the word of the LORD is right and true; he is faithful in all he does.
5 The LORD loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of his unfailing love.
11 … the plans of the LORD stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.
12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people he chose for his inheritance.
13 From heaven the LORD looks down and sees all mankind;
14 from his dwelling place he watches all who live on earth-
15 he who forms the hearts of all, who considers everything they do.
20 We wait in hope for the LORD; he is our help and our shield.
21 In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name.
22 May your unfailing love rest upon us, O LORD, even as we put our hope in you.

Psalms 34: (With Faith and Hope, He will save you!)

4 I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.
5 Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.
6 This poor man called, and the LORD heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles.
7 The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.
8 Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
15 The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry;
17 The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.
18 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
19 A righteous man may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all;
22 The LORD redeems his servants; no one will be condemned who takes refuge in him.

Psalms 35: (He is your ultimate protector, your super hero, a strength for which there is no match.)

1 Contend, O LORD, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me.
2 Take up shield and buckler; arise and come to my aid.
10 … You rescue the poor from those too strong for them,
23 Awake, and rise to my defense! Contend for me, my God and Lord.
24 Vindicate me in your righteousness, O LORD my God;

Psalms 36: (He will preserve you and align you with others of the same heart and belief.)

5 Your love, O LORD, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies.
6 Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the great deep. O LORD, you preserve both man and beast.
7 How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings.
9 For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.
10 Continue your love to those who know you, your righteousness to the upright in heart.

Psalms 37: (Live His Way and your Life will be incredible, awesome and unbelievable!)

3 Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this:
6 He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.
7 Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him;
8 Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret — it leads only to evil.
11 But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy great peace.
18 The days of the blameless are known to the LORD, and their inheritance will endure forever.
19 In times of disaster they will not wither; in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.
23 If the LORD delights in a man’s way, he makes his steps firm;
24 though he stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand.
25 I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken
26 They are always generous and lend freely; their children will be blessed.
27 Turn from evil and do good; then you will dwell in the land forever.
28 For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. They will be protected forever,
29 the righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever.
30 The mouth of the righteous man utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks what is just.
31 The law of his God is in his heart; his feet do not slip.
39 The salvation of the righteous comes from the LORD; he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
40 The LORD helps them and delivers them; he delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in him.

Psalms 38: (These verses show the extreme and uttermost sufferings we may go through, so please wait patiently and call for His Grace.)

1 O LORD, do not rebuke me in your anger or discipline me in your wrath.
4 My guilt has overwhelmed me like a burden too heavy to bear.
9 All my longings lie open before you, O Lord; my sighing is not hidden from you.
10 My heart pounds, my strength fails me; even the light has gone from my eyes.
15 I wait for you, O LORD; you will answer, O Lord my God.
18 I confess my iniquity; I am troubled by my sin.
21 O LORD, do not forsake me; be not far from me, O my God.
22 Come quickly to help me, O Lord my Savior.

Psalms 39: (Here are more descriptions of our human behaviors that are a short coming in His eyes, but again, there is a message of Hope.)

7 “But now, Lord, what do I look for? My hope is in you.
8 Save me from all my transgressions;

Psalms 40: (So in the midst of trials and tribulations, keep your thoughts in line with His Word.)

1 I waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry.
2 He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.
3 He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.
4 Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust..
5 Many, O LORD my God, are the wonders you have done. The things you planned for us no one can recount to you; were I to speak and tell of them, they would be too many to declare.
8 I desire to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart.
10 I do not hide your righteousness in my heart; I speak of your faithfulness and salvation.
11 Do not withhold your mercy from me, O LORD; may your love and your truth always protect me.
13 Be pleased, O LORD, to save me; O LORD, come quickly to help me.
17 Yet I am poor and needy; may the Lord think of me. You are my help and my deliverer; O my God, do not delay.

Psalms 41: (Your faith, goodwill and testimony to others will be rewarded!)

1 Blessed is he who has regard for the weak; the LORD delivers him in times of trouble.
2 The LORD will protect him and preserve his life; he will bless him in the land
3 The LORD will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness.
4 I said, “O LORD, have mercy on me;
10 But you, O LORD, have mercy on me; raise me up,
12 In my integrity you uphold me and set me in your presence forever.
13 Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting.

Amen and Amen
