Prayer Request for Gideon – 1/22/2011

Prayer request from Cindy Cunningham for her 3yr old grandson Gideon who is in the hospital with pneumonia and possible appendicitis.

Father, we have faith in your Healing Word and that Your Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven. We believe, in Your name Lord Jesus, that You always protect Your little ones and that Gideon will be comforted while in the hospital and blessed with fast healing. We pray you bless him with Your Healing power, according to 1 Peter 2:24. Your Word explains that Jesus Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.

Therefore, with great boldness and confidence we say on the authority of Your written Word that young Gideon, is redeemed and will be covered by You at this time.

We have the assurance of Your Word that Your Holy Spirit encamps around us and by Your Plan delivers us from sickness and injury. No evil shall befall us, no plague or calamity shall win over us. We confess Your Word abides in us and delivers to us perfect soundness of mind and wholeness in body and spirit from the deepest parts of our nature in our immortal spirit even to the joints and marrow of our bones. Your Word is medication and “Life” to our flesh for the law of the Spirit of Life operates in us and makes us free from the law of illness and injury.

We wear the armor of Your Word to protect us from all the fiery darts sent towards us. Jesus is the high Priest of our confession and we hold fast to our confession of faith in You and Your Word. We stand immovable and fixed in full assurance that Gideon will be healed.

In Your name Lord Jesus Christ.
