Prayer request from His Message for You ministry for Sean Matti, a 22 old senior at Purdue University and a running back on the football team. Sean lost his life this weekend while swimming in Lake Freeman, IN.
We pray together now in complete and total faith, with all of our strength, passion, love and Hope for Sean, his family and his friends.
Father, we have faith Your Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven. We do not always understand Your way, but we know Your plan is always for good and that you will welcome Sean home with open arms. We pray You will bless his family and friends with the understanding and comfort only Your Holy Spirit can provide.
We pray in faith in Your Word:
Ephesians 1:9-11 “God has now revealed to us His mysterious plan regarding Christ, a plan to fulfill His own good pleasure. And this is the plan: At the right time He will bring everything together under the authority of Christ — everything in Heaven and on earth. Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything workout according to his plan.”
1 Corinthians 15:51-57 “Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye…we shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed… and this mortal shall have put on immortality… thanks be to God, which giveth us this victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
We praise You and thank You Lord that Your blessing of redemption and victory for Sean is a blessing You graciously give for all of us!
