Prayer Request for Grandma Higgins – 1/7/2011

Requested by Mike and Rick Sanders and “His Message for You“ for Beth, Brenda and the Higgins family.

Father, we know you have called Grandma Higgins home now at Your time. We have faith Your Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven. We know Your Angels will carry her directly to Your open arms to welcome her home and she will rest in Your light and peace while she awaits, with the rest of us in faith, for the day You call us all to be with You as a whole.

We have complete faith in Your Word:

Ephesians 1:9-11 “God has now revealed to us His mysterious plan regarding Christ, a plan to fulfill His own good pleasure. And this is the
plan: At the right time He will bring everything together under the authority of Christ — everything in Heaven and on earth. Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything workout according to his plan.”

1 Corinthians 15:51-57: “Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed…and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?… 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Bless Brenda and Beth and the entire Higgins family with the comfort and understanding only Your Holy Spirit can provide. They and many many people have been blessed by knowing and being a part of Grandma Higgins life, all in Your Glory!
