Update 5/18/2011 – Prayer Request for Arizona Congresswomen Gabrielle Giffords – 1/8/2011

We continue to pray for Congresswomen Gabrielle Giffords and know God’s saving Grace is upon her and will protect her as she goes through another surgery. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Requested by His Message for You ministry for Arizona Congresswomen Gabrielle Giffords and all those shot this morning in Tucson, AZ.

Father, we do not always understand Your Way, but we have faith, Your Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Bless all those shot outside a grocery store this morning in Arizona.

Father, we have faith in your Saving and Healing Word and that Your Will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven. We believe, in the name of Jesus, that Congresswomen Giffords and the others shot this morning will be blessed with Your Healing power, according to 1 Peter 2:24. Your Word explains that Jesus Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.

Therefore, with great boldness and confidence we say on the authority of Your written Word that Gabrielle and the others, are redeemed from their injuries and will be covered by You as they receive emergency medical attention at this time.

We have the assurance of Your Word that Your Holy Spirit encamps around us and by Your Plan delivers us from sickness and injury. No evil shall befall us, no plague or calamity shall win over us. We confess Your Word abides in us and delivers to us perfect soundness of mind and wholeness in body and spirit from the deepest parts of our nature in our immortal spirit even to the joints and marrow of our bones. Your Word is medication and “Life” to our flesh for the law of the Spirit of Life operates in us and makes us free from the law of illness, injury and death.

We wear the armor of Your Word to protect us from all the fiery darts sent towards us. Jesus is the high Priest of our confession and we hold fast to our confession of faith in You and Your Word. We stand immovable and fixed in full assurance that Gabrielle and the others who died are now home with You and the others injured will be blessed and receive healing, now.

In Your name Lord Jesus Christ.
