Prayer Request for Jenny Montes and her family – 2/28/2011

Prayer request from Jennifer Moore for 13yr old Jenny Montes of Manson, WA who has been rescued by God from her battle with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Lord, we pray with broken hearts but with Hope, that a miracle for Jenny has been provided.

In our faith, we know that sometimes You heal us by calling us Home and our time here in this world is for Your purpose and Glory. Truly many people have called to you in faith as they prayed for Jenny. Some who may not have even known You or ever called to You before. Amen, Jenny’s short life did serve Your purpose and touched many with the meaning of “Life” and is all because of Your Plan and awesome Glory.

We have complete, total and unmovable faith in Your Word:

Ephesians 1:9-11 “God has now revealed to us His mysterious plan regarding Christ, a plan to fulfill His own good pleasure. And this is the plan: At the right time He will bring everything together under the authority of Christ — everything in Heaven and on earth. Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything workout according to his plan.”

Jenny was here for just a short time, but is a blessing to this world forever. We have faith when we leave this world we are immediately with Christ and we know You welcome each of us Home with open arms.

1 Corinthians 15:51-57: “Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye….we shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed…and this mortal shall have put on immortality… thanks be to God, which giveth us this victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Jenny’s love will be with her family and friends forever and a constant reminder that You will rescue us all, in Your time, in Your way, and as we have faith in You, this blessing is for all of us. We pray you bless her family and friends with the comfort and understanding on Your Holy Spirit can provide.
