You may be wondering: “Is there a better life?” “If I pray, will my prayers be heard and answered?” “If I simply acknowledge that I believe will things change?” “How do I know?” “Do I have to go to church?” “Do I have to practice religious rituals?” “Do I have to live a perfect life?”
The first step to change your life is simple, and there is only one thing to do, know God. Yes, it’s that simple. Once you know Him, you have established the one and only thing He desires from you. A spiritual relationship with Him. He is the only one who makes it possible for you to have a relationship with Him. He did this for you, on His own, by His own Grace and freely given to you. It is not by what you do, or can do, it is because of what He has done for you.
Revelation 3:20 “Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in…”
Simply take a second, right now, and “open the door”. Open your heart and believe, He will take it from there.
John 5:14 “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.”

God went to incredible lengths to show you how to have a spiritual relationship with Him. He made this possible through Jesus and by displaying His characteristics of God to you in Jesus: humility; servanthood; self-sacrificing love; compassion; sympathy; and righteousness are a few.
Anyone with these characteristics is someone all of us would love to know, or have as a best friend. Knowing He was such a wonderful person and knowing Jesus “allowed” himself to be condemned and sacrificed, we have to ask –
Why would He do that?
Because God, through Jesus, made a way for us to have a relationship with Him. The world and the way of man, being corrupt, make it hard for you to know how to have a relationship with Him. You are born into this corruptness, and on your own, will never be able to overcome the challenges of this world unless you have a spiritual relationship with Him. Knowing He was such an incredible person, who would not want to have a relationship with Him?
Jesus came to earth to show you how much God loves you. He allowed himself to be sacrificed to show you that He will do anything for you and that when you believe in Him, in His sacrifice for you, you will realize how much He loves you. Not only that, He said in this sacrifice, He is taking the corruptness you were born into, the sins you have experienced and will experience, to death on the cross with Him.
When we believe He took our sins (from before, now, and forever) He is covering us with His righteousness.
Furthermore, after He died on the cross and your sins died with Him, He came back!!!! That’s right, He overcame this world and the sin in the world by returning from death! Knowing and believing in His return; is our Salvation. This is what He has given you! He did this so you would know that when you believe in what He did for you, you will immediately have a spiritual relationship with Him. You will be fully forgiven and fully accepted by Him.
What man would do this? None, only God would. God sent Jesus, God was in Jesus, Jesus was God.
Believe in Him now and your new life begins immediately!
1 Peter 3:18 “For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God.”
John 6:37 “All that the Father gives me will come to me; and him who comes to me I will not cast out.”
John 10:27-29 “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me; and I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand…”
As you accept Jesus and open your heart to Him, you now have a Spiritual relationship with God!
Romans 5:1 “Therefore, since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
John 1:12 “to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God.”
Colossians 1:13-14 “He has delivered us from the dominion of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”
Acts 10:43 “To him all the prophets bear witness that every one who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.”
Ephesians 1:7-8 “In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace which he lavished upon us.”
1 John 4:9-10 “This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.”
John 5:24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears my word and believes him who sent me, has eternal life; he does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.”
1 John 5:11-13 “And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who has not the Son of God has not life. I write this to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life.”
You can do this now, this instant, simply pray for “My new start in Life”
You have now received His Holy Spirit!
Ephesians 1:13 “In him you also, who have heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and have believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, which is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.”
You will now begin to realize God’s love for you! You are now in a Spiritual relationship with Him!
Take just a moment and think about the issues you have that brought you to this message. Then know, He is now in you!
John 15:7-11 “If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you. By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be my disciples. As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you; abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.”
Now you will begin to mature and grow in your Spiritual relationship with God. Receive His Message for You daily and know His Word. Pray often throughout the day and ask Him to reveal more of Himself to you and mature in your relationship with Him.
Remember you have been completely, totally, and fully forgiven for your sins of the past and any you may experience in the future so you can speak with Him openly and any time, without worry, guilt or anxiousness.
Philippians 4:6-7 “Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Father, bless You and thank You for saving all of us who have received Your Message and Your Holy Spirit today. We know the first step to a better life is to establish the foundation of Your Love in our life. To receive You and know You have accepted us, forgiven us and blessed us with everlasting life. We know You will pour out Your blessings upon us in this life… “on earth as it is in Heaven” because we now have You in us. This is a glorious day!!!
