Praying for Scott Michael Peterson and his family and friends – 4/2/2011
Prayer request for Scott Peterson from Michael and Maggie Sanders, His Message for You Ministry and many of his friends at Cisco Systems. Scott was called home on Wed. March 30, 2011 after a car accident in Sacramento, CA. We are lifting up his wife, Michele; his daughters, Elisabeth, Sarah, Makyla and Malea; his parents, Dennis and Sharon Peterson; his brothers and sisters, Susan, Brian, Kimberly, and Eric; and our Brothers and Sisters at Natomas 2nd Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in prayer.
Although our hearts are broken, we pray with Hope, faith, passion, and love; and with all of our heart, mind, soul and strength.
Father, we do not always understand Your way, but have faith Your plan is always for good and we know You have welcomed Scott Home with open arms.
We pray with complete faith in Your Word:
Ephesians 1:9-11 “God has now revealed to us His mysterious plan regarding Christ, a plan to fulfill His own good pleasure. And this is the plan: At the right time He will bring everything together under the authority of Christ — everything in Heaven and on earth. Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything workout according to his plan.”
"Welcome Home Scott"1 Corinthians 15:51-57: “Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye….we shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed…and this mortal shall have put on immortality… thanks be to God, which giveth us this victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
We pray together in faith, that You will welcome each of us Home, and Your blessing of redemption and victory for Scott is a blessing You graciously provide for all of us!
In Your Name God our Father, Christ and Lord Jesus and Holy Spirit we pray, Amen

Most of us are always pursuing the best for ourselves, our families and our “Life”.
We sometimes think about and even consider the “religious” way of life, but are challenged by the seemingly odd or rigorous traditions, fanciness, reactionary and emotional behaviors we see going on in church, on television and even from folks standing on the corner or knocking on our doors.
In today’s world of technology and information, we can easily educate ourselves and make our own decisions. Which we enjoy, and we should!
If you are thinking about how religion, or in an easier term to understand, a spiritual life can help you, start with the simplest (and absolutely most important) information.
His Message for You is here and ready for you now!!!!!
